I offer private yoga and meditation sessions.  

These customized 30 minute sessions are perfect for you if you are desiring to incorporate yoga and/or meditation into your life and are not sure how to do so or have tried to before and haven’t been able to stick with it or see the desired results.  

In these sessions we will spend time uncovering the most practical way for you to add yoga and/or meditation into your life in a way that will last and therefore allow you to reap the rewards of your work and commitment.  We will get clear on why you need these tools and what is getting in the way of that “why”.  

Ultimately we will design a unique program for you that will fit your current needs.  The tools/exercise I will draw upon often are:

- Kundalini Yoga, Asana, Pranayama, Breathwork, Meditation, Mantra, Grounding Techniques, Kriya, Diet, Self-Care, Journaling, Creative time, Calendar Evaluation, Career Assessment, Reading Assignments, and more.  

It is advised to schedule a series of sessions for this type of work to ensure we have time to achieve the desired goals.  For some individuals it is personally more responsible to purchase a session pack up front to commit yourself to the work.  (Sold in 3, 6, 9 pack) 

This is an offering I have seen be very rewarding for clients.  It is equally exciting to a part of such an exciting and life transforming process.
